This notice covers the motoyla.com website and emails sent to info@motoyla.com. The Motoyla app is not released yet. The app's privacy policy will be published separately before release.

When you visit the website
The website uses no cookies, has no forms, uses no visitor tracking or analytics tools and loads no content from other websites. It is served through Cloudflare. To deliver the pages to you and protect the website against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address. Cloudflare also has servers outside Türkiye, so this data may be processed abroad. If a connection fails, your browser may also send Cloudflare a technical error report.
When you email us
When you write to info@motoyla.com, your email address, your name if given, and the content of your message are processed. They are used only to reply to you and, if you ask for it, to send you one announcement when the app is released. They are not used for any other purpose and are not sold. They are not shared with anyone other than the service providers named on this page.
Emails are stored by our email provider, Zoho Mail, in its data centre in the European Union, which is outside Türkiye.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Addresses kept for the release announcement are deleted after the announcement is sent. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 you have rights such as learning whether your personal data is processed, asking for information about it, and asking for it to be corrected or deleted. Send your request to info@motoyla.com. If your request is refused, you find the answer insufficient, or it is not answered in time, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
Changes
If this notice changes, the current version is published on this page with a new date.
